Greg practices primarily intellectual property (IP) law, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the US patent and trademark office and patent offices in other countries, representing the patent holder or alleged infringer in licensing patents or litigating patent infringement claims, as well as counseling clients on trademark, copyright, trade secret, open source software licensing, and other IP issues. He previously practiced intellectual property law for 22 years with a top-ranked Silicon-Valley based intellectual property law firm.

Greg is a member of the California and Oregon State bars, and a registered US patent attorney. He is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law and Oregon Institute of Technology with a BS in Computer Systems Engineering.
