Bill Drew engages in practical problem solving and dispute resolution. He specializes in complex negotiations, trial work, and appellate advocacy, with a focus on business, real estate, insurance coverage, and intellectual property disputes. As a former judicial clerk to the Honorable W. Michael Gillette of the Oregon Supreme Court, Mr. Drew is familiar with the internal processes of appellate courts and persuasion.

A native Oregonian, he graduated cum laude from Willamette University and Harvard Law School, where he taught both negotiation skills for the Harvard Negotiation Project and advocacy skills for the Harvard Board of Student Advisors.

Before joining EOP, Mr. Drew practiced with Ball Janik LLP in litigation. He is a member of the Oregon Bar and the Owen Panner American Inn of Court.
